Our story
It started with the two of us
and it still feels that way
Since 2010 we’ve had the honor of photographing and filming over a thousand weddings. Lauren leads our photography. Toby leads photography and film. Somewhere along the way we built something bigger than the two of us: a small, hand-picked team of artists who shoot, direct, and edit with the same eye and the same heart Wishwell was built on.
Every photographer and filmmaker on our team was trained in our style and personally chosen by us — for their eye, their warmth, and the way they show up for couples on the most important day of their lives. No matter who’s standing in your room on your wedding day, you’re getting Wishwell.

Some of the greatest compliments we get aren’t words at all — they’re the couples who bring us back into the next chapters of their lives.
We photographed one couple’s wedding at Lakehouse Resort in San Marcos — a venue we’re still proud to be a preferred vendor at — and in the years after, we documented their maternity session and their newborn photos as their family grew.
