Using this site
You are welcome to browse, read, and use the tools here. Please do not attempt to break into it, scrape it wholesale, or use it to send us anything abusive or fraudulent.
The estimate tool is not a quote
Important. The instant estimate on this site produces an indicative figure based on what you select. It is not a formal quote, not an offer, and not a binding price.
Real weddings have details a calculator cannot know — two venues, an unusual schedule, a long drive, a date in peak season. We will always confirm a firm price in writing before anything is signed, and we will tell you if it differs from the estimate and why.
Prices shown on this site can change at any time. The price that matters is the one in your proposal.
Availability
Nothing on this site reserves a date. Dates are held only once an agreement is signed and the deposit is paid, as set out in that agreement. Until then, a date remains available to anyone who asks for it.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract between us. It starts a conversation. Either of us is free to decide we are not the right fit.
Photographs and content
The photographs, films, words, and design on this site belong to Wishwell Inc. or to the people we made them with. Please do not republish them commercially without asking.
You are welcome to share a link, or to share an image with credit for personal and non-commercial purposes. If you want to use something properly, email us — the answer is often yes.
Reviews and testimonials
Reviews on this site are from real couples we have worked with. They describe those couples' experiences and are not a promise of any particular outcome for your wedding.
Links to other sites
We sometimes link to venues, planners, and other suppliers. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
The site itself
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not guarantee it will always be online, error-free, or up to date, and we are not liable for any loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute about them belongs in the courts of San Diego County.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top.
